위탁 업무내용 : 등록시스템 운영위탁, 전자명함 시스템 서비스 제공 등
개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간 : 위탁계약 종료 시까지 - ■ 개인정보 자동수집 장치의 설치/운영 및 거부에 관한 사항

1) 본 전시회는 편리하고 유용한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 관람객의 정보를 참가업체에 제공하는 전자명함 시스템을 사용합니다. - 전자명함 시스템이란 출입증에 저장된 정보를 단말기로 저장하여 해당 정보를 사용자에게 전달하는 시스템입니다.
2) 전자명함 시스템을 통해 수집한 관람객의 개인정보는 참가업체의 마케팅에 활용됩니다
3) 관람객은 전자명함 시스템 사용에 대한 선택권을 가지고 있습니다. 관람객이 참가업체에 제공된 단말기에 출입증을 찍으면 개인정보 수집에 대해 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
수집된 개인정보는 '개인정보 수집·이용 목적'에서 고지한 범위 내에서 사용하며, 동 범위를 초과하여 이용하거나 타인 또는 타기업·기관에 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 객관적인 전시회 검증을 위해 한국전시산업진흥회(AKEI)에 제공될 수 있으며, 제공된 개인정보는 전시회 검증 외다른 목적으로 절대 사용되지 않습니다. - ■ 개인정보관리책임

본 전시회를 이용하는 개인정보를 보호하는데 있어 이용자에게 고지한 사항들에 반하는 사고가 발생할 시에 본 전시회 개인정보관리책임자가 모든 책임을 집니다. 그러나 기술적인 보완조치를 했음에도 불구하고, 해킹 등 기본적인 네트워크상의 위험성에 의해 발생하는 예기치 못한 사고로 인한 정보의 훼손 및 방문자가 작성한 게시물에 의한 각종 분쟁에 관해서는 책임이 없습니다.
